OUTLOOK (MEDI / BLACK SEA) SEP 10, 2020 17:00 UTC
1. A new disturbance has been brewing off the coast of Sardinia, bringing heavy rainfall and flooding into the regions of Sardinia and Corsica over the past several hours. Some development is possible from this storm, according to model consensus, but chances are quite low that it develops into an organized system. Regardless, heavy rains and flooding will persist through the next day or so, as this storm system slowly hovers over the Tyrrhenian Sea.
